Working with the support of West Midlands Fire Service, our Children's candle making party is a fun and educational way to celebrate any child's big day. Whether it's a birthday, graduation or any special occasion, our candle making experts will show them how to make their very own scented candle. All the wonderful creations they make are theirs to take home and enjoy.What you get:

Price: £150 up to 8 guests (£16 per additional guest up to max. 20)
Deposit: £50 on confirmation of booking, the balance is payable one week prior to your party date.

Terms & Conditions
When you request a booking you are making an offer to hire our services and agree to our terms and conditions. The Booking Agreement itself becomes valid when we send out the Booking Confirmation. A provisional or conditional booking is not binding and you may cancel it at any time before the Booking Confirmation is sent out to you by Bonita Candles. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights.
Once your deposit has been received, we will send you a party pack which will include:
• Your Booking Confirmation
• Party invitation cards
Our party prices include our travel to a venue of your choice within a 20 mile radius of our base in Wolverhampton. If your chosen venue is outside of this radius we will charge an additional 45p per mile for every mile travelled beyond the 20 mile radius.
The minimum requirement for a candle party is 4 children but we can accommodate up to 20.

Plus £16 per additional guests up to a maximum of 20 guests
Once the date has been mutually confirmed, we would require a non-refundable £50 deposit to secure the booking. The remaining balance will be due 14 calendar days prior to the date of the party. Failure to make the final payment on time could result in the party being cancelled.
Due to the fact we are a small business and with tutors, staff and overheads, we may have had to turn down other bookings due to your confirmed booking. Therefore, we regret we cannot offer refunds.
However, if in the unlikely event of Bonita Candles cancelling your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund or option for another date will be offered. We will not be held responsible for any other expenses incurred and will only refund the costs paid to us for the party.
Health & Safety
We work very closely with our children and parents to ensure maximum safety is adhered to at all times. It’s imperative that safety instructions are followed and we’ll explain these at the start of each party in a way in which is not frightening but fun and informative.
We are also aware that some children may at times become over excited and may need a little more attention to help them settle. It is for this reason, we would require the host parent and a few others to remain at the party in case a child needs assistance with understanding the safety rules.
We always work with 2 or 3 members of staff per party depending on the quantity and ages of the children attending. They are closely monitored at all times and we work with them to help them achieve their desired creations in a safe and yet fun way.
